Shipping Regions

Prismo Crowns ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations, including countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Shipping availability may vary based on carrier service, local import rules, and destination restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and any custom or special-order requests.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on destination and order size. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and local conditions.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Prismo Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

Delivery Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Prismo Crowns is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and original packaging.

Non-Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to pay customs or import charges, Prismo Crowns may, in its sole discretion, require additional shipping charges before reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prismo Crowns products are intended for professional dental use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and professional requirements applicable to the purchase, importation, and use of these products.
