Shipping and International Orders
Prismo Crowns ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations, subject to carrier availability, destination restrictions, and applicable laws.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Prismo Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, import procedures, force majeure events, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss and Delivery
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Prismo Crowns is not responsible for delays, losses, failed delivery attempts, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pay customs or import charges, Prismo Crowns may require additional shipping charges before any reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds, Returns, and Claims
Because Prismo Crowns products are medical devices for professional dental use, all sales are final except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, handled, sterilized, stored in a clinical environment, tried in, placed, or otherwise exposed after delivery.
Claims for shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or suspected manufacturing defect must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and original packaging.
Any approved remedy, including replacement, store credit, or refund, will be determined by Prismo Crowns in its sole discretion.
