Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 7 days after you receive any item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Our products are medical-grade dental devices. For safety and regulatory reasons, we can only consider returns for items that are unused, unhandled, and in the exact condition in which they were received. Any item that has entered a clinical environment, and or been opened, and or been used for patient care cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If a request is approved, items must be sent back in their original packaging and will be inspected when they arrive. Any item that shows signs of clinical use, handling, sterilization, or environmental exposure will not qualify.

Products that are customized or produced specifically for your office are non-returnable unless found defective upon arrival.

To begin a request, email prismocrowns@gmail.com and our team will review the case and provide guidance. Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed within seven business days after inspection.

This policy ensures patient safety and compliance with medical-device handling standards.


When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping +handling/restocking will be deducted from your refund.
