Refund Policy

Because Prismo Crowns are medical devices for professional dental use, all sales are final.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, handled, sterilized, stored in a clinical environment, tried in, placed, or otherwise exposed after delivery.

Refunds are also not available for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect tooth selection
  • Color preference
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Change of mind
  • Unused items returned outside the approved exception window

Limited Circumstances for Review

Prismo Crowns may review requests for replacement, store credit, or refund only when:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect

How to Submit a Claim

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and must include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

Special Orders

Customized, special-order, and office-specific products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Prismo Crowns will determine in its sole discretion whether the appropriate remedy is replacement, store credit, or refund.
