Refund Policy
Because Prismo Crowns are medical devices for professional dental use, all sales are final.
For safety, infection-control, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any item that has been opened, handled, sterilized, stored in a clinical environment, tried in, placed, or otherwise exposed after delivery.
No refunds or returns will be issued for:
incorrect size selection
incorrect tooth selection
color preference
ordering mistakes
change of mind
unused items returned outside the approved exception window
We will only review requests for replacement, store credit, or refund in the following limited circumstances:
the product arrived damaged
the wrong product was shipped
the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
Any claim for damage, shipping error, or suspected manufacturing defect must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and original packaging.
Customized, special-order, and office-specific products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
If a claim is approved, Prismo Crowns will determine in its sole discretion whether the appropriate remedy is replacement, store credit, or refund.
Due to the nature of medical devices for professional dental use, any item removed from its original packaging or exposed to a treatment, operatory, or sterilization environment is deemed non-returnable.
