Prismo Crowns ships throughout the United States and to most international destinations, including countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Contact us if your location isn't available at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and custom or special-order requests.

Shipping Methods
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your destination. Delivery timeframes are approximations subject to carrier performance and customs handling.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. Prismo Crowns assumes no liability for delays from customs procedures.

Delivery Accuracy
Customers must provide precise shipping details at checkout. Prismo Crowns is not accountable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address data.

Risk of Loss
Liability transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Damaged shipments or manufacturing issues require written notification with documentation within one week of arrival.

Non-Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to pay customs charges, Prismo Crowns may require additional shipping fees before reshipment. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.
